The Idiot, or the Dogmatist?

Recently, a thought entered my head, and it wsa something worth writing down. Who is the more frustrating of the two types of people? The idiot, or the Dogmatist? For me, I thought it was stupid and ignorant people for a long time,. I bet a large number of people reading this thought the same as well. However, I'm starting to realize that the dogmatist are the worst of the two.
The idiot doesn't know what he's doing, and for it, he's condemned by the audience/crowd/witnesses. However, the idiot has room to learn, provided he's not indoctrinated. The amount and scope of mistakes an idiot can make are limited. The same thing cannot be said for Dogmatists.
The dogmatist is one of the most frustrating types of people to ever argue with. They're convinced they're right, regardless of different perspectives/testimonies and evidence proving otherwise. Even more vexing is that, should they put in effort to set out and prove something and succeed, it doesn't just support their beliefs, but it actually feeds and perpetuates the dogma. By this logic alone, the dogmatist walks right into the Fallacy of Coherence (a well-constructed story or set of beliefs are mistaken to be true due to how consistent it's been set-up.) and Earned Dogmatism Effect (whenever self-perceptions of experience back by accomplishments increases close-minded cognition.). At worst, the dogmatist is so steadfast in their belief system they don't realize they've been deceived. The amount of mistakes a dogmatist can make are un-contained; the dogmatist thinks he's actually smart and informed, but rarely stops to think and realize that they made a mistake. In the worst-case scenario, they'll double down on their beliefs in a way that makes their own actions prove their beliefs. This also the Halo Effect
