I've had hunches about this one for almost three years. Most people in the US believe that the area with high crime rate happen to be in entitled ghetto black communities or other non-white areas. While this is admittedly true and people are tired of the mannerisms of the former tend to follow up on the information, this is a red herring; strange, isn't it? What is the phrase "per capita," one might ask? It means "Per head" or "per person." Basically, it's math. There are currently 342,963,918 people in the United States. Black make roughly around 13 percent of the population. To understand what the percent means, I'll divide the two syllables: "per" is basically dividing something, and "cent" means 100 (100 years means a century, One hundred cents is a dollar, etc..) I first divide 342,963918 by 100, giving me 3,489,636. I then multiply the result by 13, and the result I get is that there are 45,365,270 black people in the United States.    Black people commit 65% of the violent crimes of the US.  I've put some thought into this before writing, but I've constructed a list of certain black people who know who the real enemies are. However, there is a criteria for people to fit here, something not every black person will fulfill. It is at least one of the following: Smart, can read books, is less prone to violent/impulsive tendencies, knows self-defense, knows right from wrong, can take accountability, calls out other black people for committing crimes. Can learn from mistakes, can learn from other races, ask questions, and are, to an extent, pragmatic in their decisions.
